Monday November 28th...things FINALLY start moving

Nov 10 Not Approved-----to Nov 23 We're Approved!

Not approved, need pancake boards and metal support put in before inspector comes out again

Really nothing has been done...we go 5 steps forward and go back 10. The only people that seem to want to move forward are the Talab family. There is no urgency in anything they do!!! UGH Needless to say it is Nov 10 and I have no Christmas decor up...I am usually all decorated by now. Probably not going to happen this year:-(

But here are a few things tha they have done in the past 3 weeks.
We got new plumbing in the kitchen, The electrical was run and the canal dug out for the electric going to the island. Kinda depressed to look at nothing being done so we don't eat in a lot we eat out alot.

One night the wonderful Stein Family had us over for a good home cooked meal! It was nice to eat where it wasn't under construction and it was delish!

What better way to spend the day! November 12

Spent day and night scraping crappy popcorn ceiling off of stairway and gameroom...I know I have inhalled some stuff I probably should not have!!! what a mess

NOVEMBER 8-THE SUPPORT HAS ARRIVED

Haven't posted much lately we kinda lost a week with the beam issue..BUT... The beam arrived yesterday morning and we are hopefully back on track!

November 7th---nothing done

Only thing done today was giving the contractor the bad news that the beam will not patch and pass...it must be redone. I am sure a few of these feeling went through his head!

Tonight we dined on Salmon-Chicken Sausage and Green Beans,..grilled of course:-)

no body complained!!!

Keep us in your prayers...we need good news from here on out!!!

November 5,6---nothing really done but i found some beams that will hold

my new support system---hold them walls in place

Ok no construction but SDunday night I fixed up a yummy turkey tenderloin with seasoned garlic grapeseed oil and butter sauce

and for veggis...grilled asparagus!! YUMMMY SaID THE boYS!

TOMORROW WE FIND OUT ABOUT THE NEW SUPPORT BEAM...
